Bu bölüm, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında genel bilgilendirme amacıyla hazırlanmış bir taslaktır. Veri sorumlusunun tam tüzel kişilik bilgileri ve işleme faaliyetleri doğrulanarak yayından önce tamamlanmalıdır.

İşlenebilecek kişisel veriler

Bizimle iletişime geçtiğinizde ad-soyad, iş iletişim bilgileri, şirket/meslek bilgileri ve mesajınızda paylaştığınız bilgiler işlenebilir. Web sunucusu ayrıca güvenlik ve bağlantı için teknik günlük kayıtları (ör. IP adresi, zaman damgası ve tarayıcı bilgileri) oluşturabilir.

İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebepler

Veriler, yukarıdaki amaçlarla sınırlı olarak yetkili hizmet sağlayıcılara veya kanunen yetkili kurumlara aktarılabilir. KVKK’nın 11. maddesindeki haklarınız ve başvuru usulü hakkında bilgi almak veya talepte bulunmak için info@albatrossstrategy.com adresinden bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz. Başvurular yürürlükteki mevzuata uygun şekilde değerlendirilir.
